Land holds memory just as buildings do. Energy from wars, battles, conflicts, or other tragedies can leave energetic imprints that become embedded in the land, leaving the property feeling unsettled. As a result, property development may be challenging until these land issues are addressed.

My clearing process releases this trauma, restoring balance so the land feels open, supportive, and ready for its next chapter. I work with properties of all sizes, from small lots to expansive acreage. Larger parcels may include an upcharge, as additional time and focus are required. Every clearing also includes a general sweep of the surrounding land to ensure harmony with the environment.
